Gift adjustment is needed function in NXT

Complete gift adjustment function that exists in db view needs to be available in web view. Need to be able to make adjustments and view adjusted amount, fund, reason and notes.

      Yes! After a gift batch is approved, there's currently no way to edit any gift information (comments, gift amount, check number or date, etc.) without logging into database view

      Yes, this is a must have since we can't enter negative gift amounts.
