Right now when a gift is adjusted, you can only see the amount it was adjusted to.  This is confusing if,say, a gift was adjusted to $0.  It would be helpful to be able to see at least the notes on that adjustment.  Maybe next to the gift amount, it could say in red "Adjusted".
