We are being forced to build a database of people who will most likely never give to us because they were named as a person to send a gift acknowledgment to from a donor of a tribute gift. The donor knows them and wants them to know of the gift they made. In the relationship tab these people will not pull on an export unless they are made a record in our system. This is unnecessarily adding people we don't need.
