It appears you are only able to edit already approved/committed batches in the Database view. However, batches approved in Web View cannot be edited or adjusted. If a gift is refunded, you should have the ability to go back into the approved batch, make it a reoccurring batch or some other function, and edit the gift or constituent in that batch.

We need to have approved Web View batches that can be edited and/or updated.
