Most times that I am chatting with customer support to get help with an issue, the chat times out due to inactivity. This time frame is far too short! Most times I am trying to do what the agent suggested and before I can finish the steps, the chat times out and I have to reconnect, get past that obnoxious virtual assistant and find a new agent to chat with. Then they have to read the previous chat to get up to speed.
