Notification & ability to review donor changes made in Portal to gifts

We need to be notified of and have the ability to review changes donors make to their gifts in the donor portal. Example- we have donors putting a hold on their recurring gifts and we don't know about it until it tries to process.

    Came here to request this. Please allow us to set at least one staff user/admin to receive a notification (like with online giving) when there is portal activity to review and include recurring gift changes in that portal activity review. Some donors have set their gifts on hold but we don't know until processing $0 transactions that may go on for months and can't tell how long. For quarterly and annual recurring gifts, we especially need to know this activity to have timely touchpoints with these donors. Please have mercy on us!

    We have donors completing their recurring gifts and we have no idea so we aren't communicating in a timely manner. Please prioritize this notification!

    Also that the constituent's name updates without our knowing about it; this can cause issues with tax receipting where the donor uses a common name instead of the legal name that should be in the receipt

    Also, need their change to be noted on the gift itself
