When creating a query to look at a particular custom rating category, the only current option is an individual output row for every single value ever input for each constituent. If I have 10 constituents that have a new value every May for the last 3 years, there is no way to get only 10 output rows - I would get 30 rows. I imagine th3 overall concept working similarly to Last Gift on a constituent query.
