UK customers cannot use the Select Criteria function for workflows when sending emails as the system does not have the option to send only to those with solicit code opt in. It automatically excludes Opt out which is great for US customers but excludes UK customers from using this function meaning we have to use static queries and refresh these daily to use the workflows.
