BUG: Set filter to last 7 days and "acquired" donors showed a donor that gave a gift over 6 months ago (clearly not in the 7 day window). Upon further investigation, a new record was added to the system with the 7 day window and there was a duplicate record (the one with the gift on it) that was merged into the new record. So, the NXT report picked this up as an "Aquired" donor even though the gift date was way outside the 7 day filter window. So, it appears the canned portion of the NXT report is looking at the system generated date property of when the record was added to the system. So we have no way to control/fix this. It should only be looking at the gift date since we can control this date. Lesson learned: Always merge duplicate records into the original record. But, I still think this report needs to be modified to only look at Gift Date and not look at when the constituent record was added to the system.
