Recurring gift end date on donation forms

I was dismayed to discover that a donor can’t set their own end date for a recurring gift or even their own processing date. Donors should be able to adjust these settings.

    We've shipped a release to add an end date to the recurring gift options on the donation form. To enable this:
    Under Form, select Click to edit on the gift amounts. Under Recurring, select Enable recurring gift end date.

    That's because it's a pledge instead of a recurring gift if it's got an end date...
