Add other types of "Fundraisers" right below the name on the record

We love the way that we can see the name of the spouse and fundraisers assigned right below the name on the record. We would like the ability to add new category like "Care Manager" and have their name appear there as a link. Since they are not fundraisers, we want to be sure that the name of the category is correct.

    It is the same for us. Right now, we have a Custom Field for this, so everyone knows which member of our Care Services team is working with the person. If this were an assignable field that appeared at the top of the constituent record, that would be amazing.
