For donor stewardship, we would like to have access to e-receipts issued through Raiser's Edge NXT. Similar to Luminate Online, we can access the PDF tax receipt to send directly to a donor if they are experiencing any difficulties. During tax season, we receive multiple requests from donors to have a copy of their receipt that may have been lost or received in their junk inbox.
