The amount of possible duplicates should be for the entire database - not just a small portion of them. It should be a live, actual value. We get suprised by our daily count of possible duplicates when no major update of records has been done on the database like an NCOA. It is understandable with address changes to have the possible number of duplicates increase substantially overnight but when nothing changes and the amount of possible duplicates changes substantially.
