We would love to be able to schedule recurring actions for birthdays and anniversaries. For example, I work for a cancer organization, and we would love to be able to set up automatic reminders to reach out on the anniversary of the day someone was declared cancer free.

Want to make sure this gets some love again because this is an essential feature that's missing in RE.

Currently, we'd have to utilize Outlook for recurring actions or build out actions over and over and over because we cannot copy an action from the same constituent to the same constituent.

The flaw in this though is staff turnover. If there's no way to add that action to RE in a recurring nature, if someone leaves and that reminder is lost, then we risk upsetting a donor.

I have a donor who needs some special handling with their newsletter every quarter. I would be so helpful to be able to set-up with action once, select the frequency and then have NXT automatically generate the appropriate actions on their record.

Yes, this would be helpful for mailing birthday cards every year, too.

Agreed. We're currently putting in pledge reminder actions and they are often the same date for the next several years. Or would do actions for sending a Year-End gift summary (not everyone gets one).
