NXT doesn't display volunteer data, which is a huge problem, but merging records in duplicate management ALSO does not include volunteer data. And this is never disclosed on that webpage. At a minimum, please warn users that volunteer data will NOT be merged. A better solution would be to add this functionality. As it stands right now, duplicate management is worthless for our organization as we make heavy use of volunteer tracking in RE.
