Add membership module specific merge fields, like "membership number" and "due date" for emails.

Members/constituents rarely have this info available when they make their gift(s) online. We get tons of calls and emails if it is left off of an email.

    Having the ability to merge custom fields would be so helpful as well.

    Need to be able to add merge fields to the body of the email including Membership ID, Constituent ID, Expiration Date, Date and Amount of latest gift.
