Add additional merge fields to Email
The available merge fields in marketing email is rather limited. We send a birthday email to constituents that prompts them to update their information. We are lacking merge fields that have previously been successful in leading recipients to action when the recipient sees their information is not current.
For us, we would like to see the following, but I am sure others could benefit from additional fields.
Primary phone number
Primary Employment: Employer
Primary Employment: Position

Constituent ID merge field would be a dream as we do some surveys and voting forms that require this ID in order to access the form as you must be an alumni and this is one of the checks put in place to give access to the survey/voting forms. If we can't merge this field into a marketing email to a targeted alumni base, then it means we have to straddle between two mailing systems.
We really need this, as currently there isn't a field that allows us to personalize emails that are sent to both individuals and organizations. We need a field that we can use (such as addressee/salutation) that are in both individual and org records and would make sense when addressing an email personally.
