Increasingly companies are turning to solutions such as Azure Virtual Desktop to enable their workforce to continue to work remotely. It was discovered when we moved Raisers Edge7 onto our AVD platform that the application did not auto scale as it previously did with Citrix, or when using remote desktop onto a remote PC. There are workarounds for this but they are not really sufficient for all users, particularly those with accessibility issues. Microsoft have investigated as far as they could before pushing us to the application vendor, Blackbaud apparently do not support AVD and would not investigate further.
