Restrictions for accessing RE NXT

Now that we have RE NXT, we struggle to find the balance of being able to use the latest iteration of RE but also the need to keep our donor data secure and accessible only while in the office from our desktop. Remote access leaves an exposure to donors’ confidential information beyond our eyes that our executives are very uncomfortable enabling. Would like to know if we can again look into the access restrictions of RE NXT. I know RE7 has time restrictions, maybe RE NXT can have something similar?Thank you.

    I absolutely agree.  We have a few student workers whom we would like to have access to NXT in order to use a few of the features, but are very uneasy about giving them access to records that can be accessed anywhere and anytime.
