Currently using RE/NXT and thought as this was cloud based that we would be able to access it using iPads or iPhones.

Been informed that it isn't currently possible to open the database view from an iPhone or iPad, for this to work you need to enter the login information for Raiser's Edge into the Citrix App but it will not work with the Blackbaud ID / password which NXT uses.

Surely this is something that all charities would like to have access to as it mean that fundraisers etc can update constituent records when out and about.
