Account Quick View - Should Be a User Setting

During the recent update, the ability to have a quick view for Accounts was removed. This should be a user determination and not a universal change to the system. I understand that some people may want to go straight to the full details, but I'm sure I'm not the only one who found the quick view helpful. Users should be able to choose for themselves whether it appears or not.
