Add Thank you letter codes as a list filter

In general, I hope Blackbaud will continue to add filters to the list function, because this function currently feels very limited, and is not particularly useful at the time. But one of the most pressing filters I would like to see in the list view is a thank you letter code filter. When we look at unacknowledged thank you letters in the lists, it would be helpful for our team to look at specific set of thank you letters, so people could only have to see the thank you letters they are responsible for acknowledging instead of having to view all unacknowledged thank you letters across our entire team. This filter also allows us to pull lists of gifts that are more specific than a fund or campaign, and allow us to better track fundraising revenue.

Hey there! Has there been any progress on this? It seems like a long time to wait for an essential filtering tool. Especially as PowerApps become more ubiquitous, we need this functionality. To add a filter based on this field would take minimal effort in my opinion and I hope Blackbaud can remedy this issue. We are going on a year and a half from this origin of this thread and over 80 customers have voted for its implementation. Please fix this. Thanks!

This is essential. Work to set up new TY process is being held up because of it.

Letter codes are an absolutely essential field to filter on. Given the unavailability of MS Word in DB view, not having that filter option is unconscionable. Please add it ASAP!

This also needs to be accessible as a field in the API for PowerApps.

As we are ushered away from Database view, and the mail merge wizard, it's really important we have a comparably capable tool. With lists being as limited as they are, in regard to quarriable fields, the new forced changed we all have to make feel neigh impossible. Letter code, specifically, being inaccessible feels ridiculous.

Please add this ASAP with the current status of gift acknowledgements!

I really don't understand why this option is not available yet?!?! Blackbaud, please add the Letter field as a Filter Option! It's imperative!

Please can you add this as a filter in gifts lists. With the removal of MS word, which you have only given users 5 weeks to change our process (we have a lots of different letter templates as im sure others do) it means that we can keep our letter codes and not move them to a Gift Attribute so we can use power automate it would mean we can complete this task quicker, we do not want to go back in time and use word merge outside of RE, using the API would mean a cleaner transition and the least you can do to support us through this change with a simple change handed to users at very short notice.

This is a 1:1 field for gifts and is deeply needed, particularly with the elimination of MS merge integration in DB view. It would be so much easier to built a Power Automate flow if I didn't have to add multiple conditions for our letter codes.

I think the ability to filter NXT gift lists by the letter code is going to become of the utmost importance with the Microsoft integration in DB view going away. The sample automation kit that has been offered as an alternative is great, but it only handles one letter. If I could build different NXT lists, it would be easy to set up multiple workflows based on lists that are filtered by letter type. It would also help with further utilizing the email receipting feature in NXT because that parameter list could be built on a letter code of Email. PLEASE, consider adding the letter code to the available filters in NXT!!!
