Gift deletion in RE NXT Merged

A colleague had entered a gift by mistake in RE NXT and the gift she entered could not be deleted in web view or database view. The only thing that can be adjusted in the gift record is the amount.

    We had three direct debits that didn't go through and No money was received ever and never showed up in bbms and I can't delete the unapproved batch. Also we use donation pages for events as well and I don't want to enter those transactions into our system so they sit in an unapproved batch. . .
