we need the county to query on

Because mapping only allows us to locate the Primary address on a record, I often use All Addresses and query on the County field. We really need this to appear on an address record in RENXT.

County supports most of our growing events efforts as well as much of our communication outreach. In an effort not to overwhelm our constituents with emails that don't pertain to them, we limit many such things by regional parameters. One critical way to do this is by county. We need County!

our program service area is county-based. quickly knowing what donors live within our service area is huge in communicating with them.

In our old CRM, there was a mechanism called a City File. It basically auto-populated City, State, and County based on the ZIP code you entered. This is coming from a CRM that was out for years after Raiser's Edge was already released.

Something like this or similar can save a lot of time worrying about incorrect address information and make it more convenient for orgs like us who rely on County for our day-to-day reports. Custom fields can easily get lost and outdated if not maintained regularly.

Also please add the field to the reporting options and query as it is vital to certain reports we run that have county focus for totals.

We use county as a subdivision field because we have volunteers in various communities. Super important to have in NXT before db is gone, please!

This is a key field for us to use in Direct mail. Our mailings go across the province which has very distinct regional community groupings which are otherwise not sortable with Address Lines. Being able to add the region is key for customizing mailings effectively.

We rely on both these fields for our communications. The mailing houses we use need us to break down our data into Rest of the World, USA/Canada, Europe and UK which we record in the Region field. Not having this field available means more manual segmentation, costing us in time and opening us up for more errors. The County field is required for certain countries to make sure mailing data is in the correct format. Please migrate these fields asap

We rely heavily on having the county in an address field. Much of our work comes from being able to segment by county. This is not an optional "nice idea"; it is a critical part of our work. PLEASE add this important feature!!

We serve 25 counties and it is an important part of our communication segmentation and reporting to be able to filter on this; it is also helpful to a variety of data maintenance tasks to know and filter on county. Because some cities partially sit in 2 or more counties, filtering by city for this purpose is not only excruciating, but could yield significantly inaccurate results for our underserved counties. To prepare for transition to Unified View, we've now gone years without a way to include this info in the address block and being unable to filter. Even if for some reason this is not automatically added through address features in RENXT, please include it as an optional field for addresses AND indexed for filtering in the address filter. There are several related ideas that haven't been merged into this one, so lots of people have been requesting it as a need. For people who sign up for email communications but don't want to include their address, they are often more willing to provide their county, so I think it would greatly improve retention of subscribers if this option was available to us.

Our gift officers are geographic, and our database is separated into eight different regions based on their county, one region for each gift officer. Please do NOT lose the region and county data fields.

We need the county code in unified view as our Fundraiser assignments are based on counties in several states. Regional fundraising reporting and alumni events are also based on counties.

This field really must be brought over to be visible on addresses in RENXT web view. It's a crucial part of our development team's outreach.

These are already implemented, but county showing up in the address block relies on how the addresses for that country are formatted in DB view's international configurations.
