We set up options in the database ahead of time! Why couldn't I add a new campaign to my JustGiving specific campaign default today? Because it doesn't start until next month. That's just ridiculous.

We need to be able to build things ahead of time in a complete manner. Please allow for choosing future start dated items when building lists and actions and other items (such as my integration piece) for campaigns, appeals, and funds.

This also applies to gifts not being able to be applied to campaigns, appeals and funds that have end dates in them, but are not marked inactive. This is also something that does happen in the real world. Gifts can come in months after the campaign or appeal is officially over, but still need to be connected - WITHOUT having to go alter the campaign, appeal or fund.

This limitation needs to be changed.
