The Lists in RENXT should refresh immediately. I can understand why Dashboards might not, but the Lists being so slow literally degrades my ability to work. I have processed a batch of gifts from database view, and now I'm literally sitting hitting the refresh button on my List until those gifts appear.

This is causing huge problems for my hole team. Fundraisers are confused why their gifts aren't marked as acknowledged in the list after they complete the acknowledgement on the constituent's record, and their managers think they haven't completed their work at the end of the day! Since it seems to take our lists over 2 hours to display the change of a gift status from not acknowledged to acknowledge. Makes work centres and lists almost impossible to encourage fundraisers to rely upon.

This has become a pressing concern for us lately, too! We use static lists from database view to generate letters in web view through Letterbox. Unfortunately, the delay means that we have to constantly refresh and recheck to see when the data on our static list will be visible in order to generate the letters. Very frustrating.
