Obviously we can tell when something is in the US, but it's not as simple for foreign countries, and if someone is handwriting a label or envelope from the Web View record, they will need to know the country.
This actually already exist. The way it works is that the web view address block is built based on how the country is configured in the database view. In Configuration>International if you add the country to the address block that should do the trick.
