I primarily have made Constituent record updates with recently received gifts (via Batch Reports) and have made numerous contact info updates, as well in Database View. When I return to the Web View the Recently accessed tile does not reflect my updates, as though RE NXT has not been updated on the Homepage. Initially, I spent time randomly double-checking Constituent records that I updated in Database View to confirm that the changes reflect in the Web View. Having to toggle from one view to the other is not an efficient way to support time management for endusers. RE Database View is the old layout that has a high click-rate and takes about a minute to open from the Web View to access. I assume Blackbaud has a timeline of when the Database View will be integrated into the Web View. Please consider my recommendation to begin system integration.
