One major issue with NXT/web view is that attachments uploaded to web view do not merge in database view but merging is better done in database view as you can merge and delete the duplicate record in one process. When using web view's merge tool, the tile for attachments is not visible so you cannot easily determine if the record needs to be merged in web view first or can just be done and finalized quickly in database view.

Why that one single tile is missing is a question for the ages but having it visible for fasting merging while web view catches up with database view's functionality.
