Add information to the automatic "large gift" notification email

I would like our fundraising managers to be able to see the details of the donation within the large gift notification. Whether it was a memorial donation, who it was in memory of, if it was a scholarship donation, to which scholarship it was directed to. Those are just some examples. But the general idea is to give our fundraising manager a better picture of the purpose of those funds, the context. Currently they almost always have to ask our Admin team for more information before they can act on the notification.

    I'm submitting a separate idea on this. The notification emails do not include the name of the donor and those who we are notifying that want to see the supporter/donor's name is not visible and prefer not to log int RE to see who the donor is. They would rather see it on the notice. Is this possible with donation forms to include names?

    Hello,

    Thank you for this idea. To help protect donor information, we do not include personally identifiable information (PII) in emails. We do include a link in the notification email so that authenticated (logged in) users can view personal information if you have given them permission.
