see attachment paper clip icon in action list

when you have more than 20 actions for a constituent you have to click on the blue title saying e.g. 38 actions which takes you to list. however you cannot see visually which of those actions have attachments, you have to click on each one and open the full action to see that.

      Agreed. You can view action attachments on the constituent dashboard, but when you go into the action page there is no indication of attachments.
