This is something that baffled all of my Giving Officers and most of the Data Team. When we click the hyperlink on the Notes and Actions tiles to see Actions only, it automatically filters to only open actions. This seems counter-intuitive when you click a link that says 64 actions and it filters it down to only 3 actions.
I understand why it is filter on the Work Center because that is where my Giving Officers find themselves doing the majority of their task management. If they are navigating to the individual constituent record, they likely want to see all recent interactions with a donor, both pending and completed.
If this isn't possible, at least making clear that those actions are open as when you filter on something there is that tile that shows up at the top and its not there because it is defaulted to open.
This is implemented! You can filter them out by clicking the filter icon. Thanks!
