We get a lot of use out of the marketing email feature on NXT. The problem is we've stopped using the merge option as it pertains to automatically placing a donor's name within the email. We've had a couple donors complain because their husband's name was on there and not theirs or vice-versa.

Seems like a small thing, but couples seem to appreciate the joint recognition even if only one of them was the donor or has a donor profile in NXT. We would like to see this as a potential option in the future. Thanks.
