In the expense menu in FE NXT, more important for the approver of expense than the end user but it needs the name of the GL account next to the numeric field. Managers do not know every chart of account nor do they carry a chart of accounts with them as they are managing the operation. See my attachment, the room is there to add another field, it would bring efficiency and more usability to the approver.
