Allow registrants to upload files on registration form

Whether it be pdf, jpg, png it would be really handy for registrants to be able to upload documents/files when registering. We are about to run a golf campaign where we would love our golfers to be able to upload a photo of their scorecard when submitting their score online but instead they have to email it to us and the drop off rate will be quite large on this

    This would also be really helpful for Student memberships so potential members could upload a photo of their student ID as proof of their status.
