Workflow work with gifts entered in database view

The RE NXT workflows currently only work with gifts that are entered into webview unless using a list. It would be great if the workflows would work for all gifts. We also use the luminate plugin to process gifts so if those gifts could all populate into a workflow that would be awesome.

We are hoping to be able to pull gifts using just criteria and not lists as lists does not allow the specific parameters we are hoping to use. Query would allow it so if anyone has recommendations on how to do that, that would be great. EX: Anyone who makes a gift over $1000 that is not their FIRST gift. Thanks!

    Hi! Paul is correct, Workflow Designer can detect gifts given in web view AND database view through both the Lists and Criteria options. We pull the data the same way Lists does which means any gift, regardless of how it got into the system, will be detectable.

    I don't think this is correct. We are creating actions in a workflow for all gifts over $500 and that is including all gifts, not just web entered.
