Allow text and images on the donation form

Please allow text and images on the donation forms and not just on the email template. Some forms are custom to a certain area and need to have a paragraph or a logo at the top!! PLEASE ADD SOON!!

    This indicates "shipped" but does that mean images can now be added to the email thank you receipt also? If not, is there another idea in process regarding that item that I can vote on?

    Also be able to add custom content questions--ie. I am an "Alumna, Parent, Grandparent, etc."
