Additional pieces for Donation Form Designer

It would be a huge help if in addition to adding new headers, we could also add other pieces (org logo, etc...) and custom donor input fields (Class of, etc...) to the Donation Form Designer

    If you break these down into individual ideas we can address them one at a time. Also, some of these ideas already exists so voting on those will promote the things you are interested in getting done.
