Hi! Just boosting this up - having a wait list function for an event at capacity would be incredibly helpful. Especially if it there was the option to then contact people on the waitlist if a space opens up.

Voting and adding a comment to hopefully put a spotlight on this as it's been 5 years since the last update from the BB team.

For this enhancement - you can manually add the status - but there's no form option once the event sells out where folks can sign up for a waitlist. Is that coming?

We've now released some enhancements to our Registration status field to capture and track RSVP responses, including Waitlisted as a status! This can now be achieved by adding/editing a participant record and selecting "Waitlisted" as their RSVP status. Check out today's What's New for more information!

We will be implementing a "waitlisted" status in NXT later this summer! For this release this will be backoffice only as a status. I will update this Idea when we release this functionality!

Thanks for this great idea! I've opened this up for voting and tracking. We have a design in place for some additional registration/participation statuses that we hope to implement later this year, and waitlisted is one of them. I'll keep this Idea updated as we get closer to release.
