Dark Mode/Night Mode in NXT
I've got NXT pulled up for most of my day, and since dark mode on my phone helps with eye strain, I figure it might help in NXT too.

Change the background default colours on NXT

NXT's all white screen causes eye strain and triggers my migraines. Support recommended the "free extensions" and an update to browser settings, which my org's IT department does not allow us to do. All users at my org can't just install anything, including extensions, so we're forced into NXT's default view. Thankfully other websites have it natively, as does Windows apps, but having this for NXT would be helpful especially with plans to sunset database view.
For anyone who has been waiting 6+ years and doesn't want to continue to wait any longer, the "dark reader" google chrome extension works on RE NXT and can be downloaded via the chrome extension store for free.
Please make this feature available to users!
It hurts my eyes and makes me reluctant to use it - and I'm the in-house configuration expert. Raiser's Edge is the only tool I use regularly that doesn't have this functionality built-in.
I am on RE for almost my entire 8-hour shift and a dark/night mode would do wonders for my eyes and number of headaches I get.
Please, please add dark mode. Since I have started working in RENXT I have had a noticeable uptick in headaches. As Brandon said, it should be a very simple addition.
This should be a simple addition to the CRM. Simply reduces eye strain and brightness on light-sensitive equipment (OLED displays for smartphones and monitors) to preserve pixels and prevent OLED burn-in. This can also compliment night light monitor features on monitors.
