Higher Contrast Version - Make borders of buttons and field boxes darker

It would be great to have the ability to have a higher contrast skin to switch to for our colleagues with vision problems so that NXT was more accessible for them. In particular, the borders around the field boxes for data entry are especially difficult for them to see.

      5 years later and NXT and the database are so inaccessible for low-vision people. Accessibility should be the bare minimum! This is shameful.
