Higher Contrast Version - Make borders of buttons and field boxes darker Merged

It would be great to have the ability to have a higher contrast skin to switch to for our colleagues with vision problems so that NXT was more accessible for them. In particular, the borders around the field boxes for data entry are especially difficult for them to see.

    Was about to vote on this one but it turns out it's my idea anyway! I was talking about this problem with attendees at the BB RENXT London User Group and it's an issue that we all faced.

    5 years later and NXT and the database are so inaccessible for low-vision people. Accessibility should be the bare minimum! This is shameful.
