Aw, shucks - saw the last post from 10/12/2018 that the birth dates don't display on the upcoming birthdays list - please allow this?! It would help greatly, timewise! Thanks!
Writing a response to a Community Post today and decided to test out my Birthday Card process in NXT to see if it would work. Had to go into each Record and scroll to the bottom of the Constituent Tile to see the Birthdate. Frustrating.
Plus, Upcoming Birthday shows as a Tag on 2 coworkers' records right now. One had her birthday yesterday and one is today. Neither is what I would define as "Upcoming." I'd like to be able to define what Upcoming means. We generally work a month ahead. I pulled the August birthdays (donors giving $500+, including SC, in the past 14 months) in the first week of July so we have time to get cards signed without stressing over vacations and such, then mail them ~3 days ahead.

While Blackbaud did add the "Birthdate" to available Columns, and it does show DOB and age - you cannot sort the list by "Birthdate" column.

It is now 2-1/2 years since this idea was posted, and DOB still doesn't show up in the "Upcoming Birthdays" list.
