When you want to see what you did in the past for a campaign you have to copy it to see what it looked it. And when trying to find a specific topic in a monthly enewsletter and you can't remember when it was sent you have to copy e-newsletters until you find it.
Sometimes we want to go back and copy wording from an email for other uses. Can we please be able to see the emails that have been sent without creating an unneeded copy?
It's bonkers that this isn't available already. If another member of my team wants to see what an email looked like that was already sent, they should be able to open the Email tab and see it. I do NOT want to give them the option to copy an email. This has been an issue for 5 years - fix it!
Why is this function not fixed. As we go into a capital campaign, we need to see every email that is sent to a donor without having to copy it and save on another platform. Please get this fixed.
How has this been an issue since, at least 2019, and still no resolution? It is a BASIC function of email campaigns to go back and easily view the content and analytics of your emails. This platform is TERRIBLE!

Very important to be able to confirm who the email was sent to without having to copy it. Even though a message comes through saying it's been sent, that's not good enough in this line of work. It will be terrific news to hear this is an option. Thank you...
Being able to see a copy of the email that was sent without having to copy it, and also seeing who actually sent the email would be a big step in the right direction.

This is why so many people pay for Mail Chimp and Chimpegration. You would think something so simple would be a given, but here it is with very few votes, and unlikely to be implemented any time soon.
This would also be helpful if we could be able to click on it to have a pdf version of what was actually sent for our archives.
Here's an example: I send an email and a recipient claims the date is listed incorrectly. The process for me to view the sent email is to COPY the email and open the COPY to see if I got the date right? This feels like a very basic function to simply open and VIEW the sent email.
Just adding my voice to the group - I agree it would be very useful to have a way to open the email itself without copying/trying to locate it in roundabout ways, so if NXT is taking votes, mine is with making the sent emails accessible so that we can access the content in them directly. Thank you!
