Planned Gifts should be counted by amount or NPV amount, and if amount realized exceeds NPV that also should be counted for FY received by (Realized Revenue - NPV)  Also, to be able to specify pledges to be counted only if equal to or greater than a certain value (we don't count pledges less than $10K)
