Limit the time or days that an RENXT webview user can access the database.

We have student workers who will have view only rights and would like to limit their access to only when they are working.

We are on NXT hosted on Azure. We have student workers who do data entry, and it would be a fabulous security addition to prevent them from accessing the database outside of their work hours.

I feel like this is much more important since the NXT relocation requires a NXT login and we have volunteers we would not want accessing NXT outside our office.
