Lists with Constituents in summary form currently reflect ONLY Primary Address and not a possible currently effective seasonal address.

Location filters are ALL based on "primary address" and should include active seasonal addresses.

The database side has the ability to account for seasonal addresses when creating lists.

Our constituent database has a significant number of snow birds (south in winter as in Florida, CA, AZ) and northern flight (northern cottages/second homes in the north for the summer - Traverse City, MI or the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.   i.e people with seasonal addresses.  This has caused our Development team to miss scope of Donors for events in locations the Donor was physically living at the time of the event.  That can be embarrassing especially considering those who are fortunate enough to have seasonal address have an increased ability to give and can also be some of our premier Donors.
