Add Primary Employment to NXT Constituent List
Just like we have Education field in NXT Constituent Lists with a Primary flag - we should also have Employment field with Primary flag. This would contain org name and position. This is crutical to complete the 365 view of Alumni and Prospect - and eliminates running queries in the DB view.

Merged When creating a list of corporate individuals it would be nice to see what business they are with. When looking a ta a list unless you know each name no way of knowing what organization they are affiliated with.0 Reviewed: Voting Open

Yes! This would be very helpful when we're looking for people who are in specific industries or work for certain companies.
This is a serious lack in the Lists tool. It is crucial information for frontline fundraisers as well as our alumni mentoring efforts, career fairs, and ability to show outcomes for our graduates by major.
Primary Employment" and "Position" are basics that should be included for many reasons. E.g. many board members receive communications at their place or work, and many of our individual constituents receive our communications at their place of work.
I hear this from our frontline fundraisers weekly!

Please, this is very important to have
I have seen this idea pop up multiple times. Employment is important! Gift Officers need to see in a list where people work! It is helpful when looking at a geographic region in a list and being able to see where that constituent is at! Otherwise, it hinders workflow to have to click into every record.
While their at it...bringing relationship attributes to the web view would be helpful too.
