It is truly inconvenient that matching gift pledges and payments are not in the giving history tile. It does not give you the full picture of what is happening under that person's account. When a donor is asking, did my matching gift come in yet? And I look and the giving history does not show it, I automatically assume no. But then I am reminded that I have to click a button "work in gifts" to see ALL gift action under this profile.

Major gift officers rely on the giving history tile to show all the gift types. We shouldn't have to expect the major gift officers to click "work with gifts" every time to verify if the full giving history regarding matches. If matching gifts can appear on the soft credit recipients giving history, then it should show on the main matching gift employee's record as well.

yes, please can we add the matching pledges and gifts to the giving history pane. It will provide a much more accurate picture to the gift officer as we interact with donors and are able to correctly thank them for choosing a matching vehicle.

Matching gifts and matching pledges do not show in the list of gifts displayed in the main Giving History pane in NXT. You have to click on "Work with Gifts" to see that a constituent has any matching gift pledges or matching gifts on their record. Please add matching gift pledges and matching gifts to the giving history pane.

To add to this, matching credit is also not being added into the lifetime giving total for the donor who received matching credit, even though matching gifts are selected in the recognition credit configuration under control panel.
