Add key indicator (Organization/Individual) as a filter and column option in Constituent Lists
Please add Key Indicator as both an output field / "columns to choose" and a filter on RE NXT Constituent Lists. This is going to become more and more important once the ability to export lists as CSV files comes online and this is functionality already supported in SKY Lists in other Blackbaud products (K12 ON solutions).

Merged some fundraisers work with both organizations and individuals. For some tasks we need to be able to look at all of the individual records together, so it would be useful to be able to choose between the two types of records.1 Shipped

Create lists in NXT Using Key Indicator
Merged In the database view you can create a query using the key indicator to pull only organizations or only individuals. It does not appear that this feature exists in the NXT view.0 Shipped

I see this as a filter now, but how do you output the column that shows Individual or Organization?
As a grant writer, I'm constantly looking for ways to pull the institutional givers I work with, as opposed to the individuals who are someone else's job, so I support the idea for a reason complementary to Sunshine Walton's.
The original description for this idea didn't quite match the title and is actually several requests. I've created separate ideas for each of the requests individually so that we can keep the Ideas themselves updated appropriately. I've also adjusted the description above to match the title of this specific request.

Please add fields such as gender, nickname, Primary Addressee, etc. as both output fields / "columns to choose" and filters in RE NXT lists. This is going to become more and more important once the ability to export lists as CSV files comes online and this is functionality already supported in SKY Lists in other Blackbaud products (K12 ON solutions). If I need to filter a list to show gender = male and Primary Class of = 1987 that should be possible on a RE NXT list without having to go into database view for a query.
I need this functionality as well. My annual giving officers are not looking at list of both organizations and individuals. They only need to view individuals.
