Our Fund IDs are specific to use and functional area.  For example ES001: "E" represents the College of Education, "S" says it is an endowed scholarship.  In Query this allows user to easily focus on specific types of Funds.  We often do not refer to the fund by the Description as that is something that was chosen for donor.  One company many support many scholarships to multiple colleges. Adding this to Analyze would allow fundraisers and management to focus and compare the funds that they are working with much more easily.  We have considered adding the FundI ID to the description to assist in searching but it then shows in title of the donor report.
